Todays update comes in the form of a youtube video on my channel.
This is one of the most important recipes I have created, especially if you are extremely active and need help with recovery. The recipe has 600 calories, 25 grams protein, 2.1 grams saturated fat, 10 different veg, zero cholesterol (yes, spelling mistake in video!!).
I think protein is overemphasised in body recovery, yes we need a lot and yes, vegans need to make sure they are getting enough but filling up on adequate vitamins and making sure all amino acids are consumed should be number 1. If 25 grams is not enough though, use this as a side salad to some tofu or tempeh….
I was just googling vegan protein sources. Going first this behr can you think of any swaps for the red pepper or would it be better to just omit it?

Love this type of meal, often cook different versions of it with quinoa, thanks for this, another to add to the menu 😊 Great video too, better than reading a list of ingredients!

I am not very creative with Quinoa and only ever use it for veggie burger, so I love this salad
