Video update today. I turned my Jamaican Jerk Tempeh recipe into a powerful vegan, high protein and low carb salad with a guilt free garlic sauce. 530 calories and 35g protein. Not bad if I do say so myself! Have a go, the garlic sauce alone is worth a try….
